Anglo - Saxon study day. Monday, 20th January, 2020.
Below is the text of a letter sent to families about next week's study day.
13th January, 2020
Dear Parents and Carers,
In Year 5 our topic this term is Journeys and Destinations; our History study is Anglo-Saxon exploration and settlement.
On Monday 20th January we will be having fun in class as we research and learn about Anglo-Saxon daily life. Your child may come to school in brown, grey or black clothes on that day as we pretend to be Anglo-Saxon villagers. (No sports kit or party clothes.) Please do not buy a costume.
