This term we have been working with families, staff and governors to develop our Vision and Values. Following on from various workshops we have developed our Vision statement (where we want to be) and our Values (what makes us us!). These will be in place from September and we intend to align our behaviour systems with our values.
We would like your thoughts on the Vision and Values we have created this could include:
- What you like
- What you think would improve them
- Anything we may have missed that you feel would enhance them

VISION: WHERE WE ARE GOING AS A SCHOOL
Children at Firs Farm thrive academically and emotionally in a supportive and welcoming environment. We celebrate difference and make sure children are proud of their own and each other’s heritage. We develop global citizens ready for the challenge of the future in the international city that is London. Our curriculum is designed so that children are the best they can be and strive for excellence. By providing opportunities to perform, take part in sports and experiences beyond the classroom we equip children with independence, resilience and teamwork.
