Lettings and School Hire at Firs Farm
Firs Farm Primary School has a range of facilities available for hire during and outside of school hours to clubs, groups, commercial organisations and individuals.
The School offers excellent grounds, as well as range of halls, rooms and venues which can be used for events such as language schools, training, conferences, sports/fitness clubs, holiday camps etc.
We will also consider large events such as birthday parties, weddings, wakes, family celebrations, baby shower and other get togethers. We have a huge tarmac playground which has been used to host Go-Kart party, playing fields where we have hosted Football party and amphitheatre for story telling, plays, magic show etc. Two huge car parks available for on-site parking.

Lettings/ hire - Spaces available

Large Hall Our hall can seat 630 children and 90 staff members, it can be accessed on two sides and can be partitioned to double up as Field side and Playground side to have two events running at the same time. We have had families have bouncy castle activity on the Playground side and sit down meal arrangement on the field side of the hall. The Large hall also has access leading to our school kitchen which can be hired independently and the kitchen hatch opens into the main hall. |

Rainbow Garden A lovely garden area with colourful furniture apt for outdoor party and picnic for children, if the large hall is hired this garden space is made available as a part of the lettings |

Small Hall This hall space can easily seat more than 200 children, ideal for a birthday party, conference and workshop. The hall opens to our small playground which is made available as part of small hall lettings. |

Small Playground Wonderful space with trees and benches to sit down, ground area around the trees are spongy making the space perfect for BBQ's under a shelter outside Small Hall, whilst the children play around in this safe and secure area. |

Studio Perfect space for dance lessons, yoga classes or a disco party for a small group (20 children), this wonderful space has an entire wall with mirror! Great space for drama workshops for children to look at their posture and gain confidence and for adult zumba classes. |

Meeting Rooms We have multiple rooms which can be hired to run small workshops, training sessions and meetings, the rooms have great wi-fi connection along with accessibility for projector & white board and portable sound system. Further provision of refreshments too! |

Classrooms The rooms are available for hire during holiday period and Saturdays, ideal space to run clubs and language schools. Every classroom has projector facility along with white board provision. |

ICT We have an air conditioned room with 30 desktops which can be hired to run computing workshops, training sessions and gaming clubs. |

Amphitheatre An outdoor area with seating and a platform for performance, we have had this area used for birthday parties with magic show, excellent space for drama or story telling workshop. The seating area can accommodate around 50 children. This space extends to artificial grass turfed area with shelter and gaming tables - chess, draughts and snakes & ladders etc |

Playground - Fields & Tarmac We have envious space of greenery, the school grounds has more than 185 trees with grassland, willow arches ideal for weddings, marquees can be put up, stalls etc. Also great space for football tournaments and sporting classes.
The tarmac part of the playground is excellent space for go-kart activities, basketball and other events.
