We always try and resolve any issues informally in the first instance. If you have a concern about an event or incident please speak to your child's class teacher in the first instance. They will try to answer any questions or investigate any incidents and report back to you. 

Your child's teacher may not be aware of any incidents that happened during lunchtime but will be able to find out what happened for you (alternatively please email the office).

If you feel that the incident has not been resolved informally, then you should refer t the school's complaint policy (link below).
