PARENT/CARER FEEDBACK
We always appreciate feedback on how we can improve (or how well we are doing!). Previously we have conducted an annual survey but from this year this has changed.
The Survey will now be "live" all of the time and leadership will review every 3-6 months. Results will be published at least annually. Please see the link below.
If you have an issue that is very urgent then please contact the School Office to speak to someone. We would prefer an email so we can allocate a member of staff to support you but you can also come in person or call.
If you have a complaint about an action or event please refer to our Complaints Policy for the procedure for doing this. This can be found on the Policy webpage there is a link below.

What happens to your feedback?
We review feedback every 3-6 months and this informs how we develop our curriculum, communication with parents/carers, behaviour policy etc. It also gives us a good indications of what concerns families have over and above education e.g. Catering. If you leave your email we may ask you to elaborate on your answers.
The Survey results are also reported to the Governing Body.
