Self-portraits
As part of the Art studies, Year 6 children have been developing their sketching skills and drawn self-portraits. They linked their work with their PSHE studies on valuing ourselves topic. Each child created a collage background that shows messages and images of what makes them great. The children, carefully considered colour, texture and backgrounds when creating their amazing self-portraits. Here are some of them for you to enjoy.
