Learning about Diwali, the Hindu Festival of Light

In year 2, we have been learning about the Hindu story of Rama and Sita and how good overcomes evil. We had a Diwali celebration with tasty Indian sweets! We made Diwali cards, re-enacted the Diwali story and some children tried on special clothes.
