Year 6 Trip to Bawdsey Manor in Suffolk
DAY 1:
We have had an amazing day! The weather has been kind to us and the activities have been so much fun! Today, we have been building shelters and fires to survive in the forest, working in teams to solve physical challenge problems, learning archery and racing down zip-wires!
The children have impressed us with their bravery, enthusiasm, positive attitudes and team spirit!
Tonight we will be on a scavenger hunt around the site - we'll be ok if it gets dark because we seem to have hundreds of torches that the children were 'testing' at bed time last night!

DAY 2
Another fantastic day! The children have had an epic day of challenges, scaling the climbing tower, overcoming fear to rappel down the abseil tower, working as a team (blindfolded) to get through a sensory course and throwing down challenges for their friends in fencing classes!
As ever, the food has been super and we ended the day with a sing-song around the campfire and toasting marshmallows.
