Vision and Values

Our Vision and Values are central to everything we do at Firs Farm. Please take time to read them to understand where we are going (vision) and what we expect of children, families and adults in school (values). 

Our Values inform key parts of the school including our behaviour systems, teaching ethos and celebration of children's achievements. 

Our Values Assembly are termly assemblies where children who consistently demonstrate a value (and go above and beyond in most cases) are rewarded.  Families are invited to share this with their children. 

VISION: WHERE WE ARE GOING AS A SCHOOL

Children at Firs Farm thrive academically and emotionally in a supportive and welcoming environment. We celebrate difference and make sure children are proud of their own and each other’s heritage. We develop global citizens ready for the challenge of the future in the international city that is London. Our curriculum is designed so that children are the best they can be and strive for excellence. By providing opportunities to perform, take part in sports and experiences beyond the classroom we equip children with independence, resilience and teamwork.
